1. My Settings – The #1 call into support is “I forgot my password.”
Calling into the 800 number is time-consuming. The problem can be easily resolved using the self-help.
So instead, use the “Forgot My Password” link.
Users should ensure the “My Settings” section is filled out correctly with the user’s email address and security challenge question.
With these completed, the user can simply select the “Forgot my password” link from the login page, answer the security challenge question and reset their own password.
2. Rates – More and more, shops are required to have multiple rates depending on the vehicle manufacturer.
Create your own predefined rates so you can simply select the required rate set from the drop-down list in your estimate.
3. Manual Entries – For each of your profiles, you can pre-load manual entries that will be used on many estimates, saving you typing and time as you write estimates.
You can then simply choose them from your list and double click the item and it will be automatically added to your estimate.
4. Pre-built Report Remarks and Damage Remarks – From the setup page, pre-build any report remark or damage line remark to save time in entering lines you commonly use.
