Meet Stephen Smyth

Stephen Smyth, Audatex Canada’s Director of Business Development, has spent more than a decade building stronger relationships between businesses and their clients.
With more than 15 years of experience in the tech and loyalty industries, Smyth knows the value of fostering that relationship. As Gartner’s Advisory Services Director, he helped large corporations better understand the needs of their customers and small business clients, bridge gaps and build loyalty that led to better performance.
“I enjoyed the revelations that the research provided,” Smyth said. “Larger companies sometimes can’t see the forest through the trees. We focused on asking the right questions to help them learn about their clients on a deeper level.”
Smyth is now harnessing that expertise as part of the Audatex Canada team.
“One of the things that attracted me most is the maturity level of the company,” Smyth said. “It’s an established company, with established clients, with folks who have been with the company for decades.”
There was another reason, too.
As part of the Audatex Canada team, Smyth’s objective is to work with Canada’s largest insurance companies. He’ll use his skills and talent to study their workflows and help them understand how their customer journeys can be improved. “It is not only about growing relationships with the clients I work with,” Smyth said. “I want to understand their workflows and the nuances that make them different, and with Solera’s technology help them get better.”
