CSN Collision & Glass and Audatex Canada Announce National Data Solution

Audatex Canada’s new InsightPlus™ provides powerful, consolidated performance –based metrics to improve business operations

TORONTO, Ontario, 30 January 2014 — CSN Collision & Glass, Canada’s largest network of collision repair facilities, and Audatex Canada ULC, the leading provider of claims solutions serving Canada’s automotive industry, today announced that CSN has selected Audatex InsightPlus™ as its new National Data Solution engine.

As part of its initiative to deliver value, CSN decided it needed to enhance its core performance measurement systems with a best-of-breed solution to help Members achieve their business goals.  The company sought a solution that could protect shop data and yet offer the transparency and flexibility required in providing customized reporting and analytics to over 285 locations on a regular and frequent basis. The solution currently is being rolled-out on a shop-by-shop basis.

 Audatex InsightPlus is a new and innovative web-based business intelligence tool providing CSN:

  • A fully customizable and interactive analytics interface available in English and French with dashboard views and personalized query capabilities
  • Daily updates with integrated and targeted reporting
